Profile (waste handler)
To start, it's important to fill out your profile. This will help improve the usability of the platform for you, the brands, recyclers, and traders. We use the information provided to enhance overall data accuracy.
The data in the profile does not have to be completely accurate; you are welcome to use estimates and average numbers to give us a general idea of your facilities. However, we also ask that you do not enter random data into the profile, as our market overviews will not provide an adequate understanding of the situation. It should not take more than 15 minutes for a facility manager to complete the full profile.
To fill out your profile, please follow these easy steps:
- Select the facility the you want to update from the top right bar.
- Click on PROFILE in the main menu on the left.
- The profile consists of 5 tabs - FACILITY, GENERAL, PROCESSES, CERTIFICATES, PARTNERS.
Make sure that the information provided in the FACILITY tab is accurate, and add new team members if needed.
New users can only be added by the organisation managers. The facility manager can access the information of that particular facility he/she has been invited to.
- Going through the profile, under each new question click the + ADD... button or the + sign to add new fields and build the list of entries relevant to your facility. Also, note that some questions that include a percentage breakdown of the total percentages need to add up to 100%, the system does not otherwise enable saving the results.
- Find partners and brands that have joined the RR network or add new ones in the PARTNERS tab. Nominating waste suppliers, handlers, collectors, and sorters will enable you to collaborate with them on the platform.
- Remember to click SUBMIT at the bottom of every page to save your changes.
