Level 1 - join RR network

For you to get the best value from RR Platform, we need a bit more information about your organisation and the different facilities under the organisation. Once all the needed information about your facility is available to RR we can suggest segregation categories based on profile information and demand for waste from our recyclers' network.

STEP 1 - Sign up on RR platform, add your organisation and list of facilities under the organisation. 

An Organisation is governing a number of facilities who all are registered as one legal entity. Different legal entities should be registered in the system as separate organisations.

Each facility should be registered in the system separately if:

1. The facility has a separate physical location (e.g. located in a different industrial plant from other facilities)
2. The facility is running production that is significantly different from other facilities (e.g. fabric mill should be registered as a separate entity than a apparel production facility)
3. The facility has a separate waste management warehouse from other facilities (e.g. in one industrial park there are two separate waste warehouses for knit and woven waste then a separate facility should be registered for knits and wovens)

RR will provide a login account for each person individually. No users of the platform should share a common login account to avoid wrong data entry and enable data security.

STEP 2 - Fill up the waste profile of each facility. The profile is a list of easy questions about the type of production and general information about waste created in that facility. Filling up the profile should not take more than 5-10 minutes. If any of the data seems too complicated or detailed, we only expect you to provide estimates and rough indication of the situation initially. If needed, the data can be updated later to be more accurate if such information becomes further available.

STEP 3 - Invite other employees of your company to join either to the organisation manager role (to observe a group of facilities) or to inventory manager role (to manage the data of single facility under the organisation). New users to each facility can be added on Facility profile page under tab "Facility", once you scroll to the end of the page.
