How to delete a facility?

Sometimes mistakes happen, and that’s perfectly fine.

If you’ve accidentally created duplicate facilities under your organisation, or if a facility should no longer be visible on the platform, you can archive it.

Before archiving a facility, make sure its inventory is empty. This means that all waste has either been shipped out or removed, and all inventory categories have been archived. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this here.

If no inventory was ever added to the facility, you can proceed without any additional steps.

• First, make sure you are logged in as an organisation manager
• Find the facility you'd like to archive from the FACILITIES tab and click on PROFILE

• At the bottom of the PROFILE -> FACILITY tab, you'll find the REMOVE button

• Clicking on REMOVE will archive the facility. All historical information is retained and will continue to be included in statistics and reports.
