Shipment issues
I can't create a shipment.
Shipments can be created and sent out only by facility managers. Organisation managers can only see an aggregated view of all shipments across all facilities in the organisation.
If you need to create a shipment, please click on the dropdown at the top right of the page. The line with only the organisation name corresponds to the organisation manager role and the line(s) where you see the organisation name paired with a facility name is for the facility manager.
I need to backdate my shipment further than the system allows me to.
Our system won't allow you to set a date for an outgoing shipment further back than the waste you are sending out was added to inventory. Simply put, you can't send out waste that you didn't have on the platform then.
If this happens to you, please register a shipment with a date you can and notify our support. We can correct the date manually.
I'm a recycler and see strange numbered brands in my shipment list.
We take protecting our user's data very seriously. You're only able to see the brands who have added you as their preferred partner on the platform, all other brands are masked.
If you see the same brand number coming up in multiple shipments, in great volumes, don't hesitate to contact support@reverseresources.net. We'll contact the brand and make the first introduction for you.
