How to edit a category?

If you notice a mistake in a category you created, you may still be able to edit it.

Categories can be edited only if they haven’t been used in any shipments and were created by you. Categories used in sent shipments or created by colleagues must be corrected by contacting support@reverseresources.net.

If the category is part of a draft shipment, remove it from the draft to enable editing.

Editable categories show a green pen icon. A grey pen indicates that editing is no longer possible.
