Backdating inventory and shipments.

Sometimes it’s not possible to record actions the moment they happen, and they need to be added later.

At the moment, the RR platform supports limited backdating for inventory and shipments. This is an area we plan to make more flexible in the future.

Inventory:

Inventory changes can currently only be saved with today’s date. To backdate inventory entries, please contact us at support@reverseresources.net, and we’ll be happy to help.

Shipments:

You can register shipments from up to three months ago, as long as they do not predate the month of the inventory modification. If you need to register earlier shipments, please contact support@reverseresources.net.

There are no limits to the shipment received date.
